  15.      This command mounts all filesystems listed in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b.  It can be
  16.      executed only by the superuser.

  18.      Before each filesystem is mounted, it is checked using _f_s_s_t_a_t(1M) to see
  19.      if it appears mountable.  If the filesystem does not appear mountable, it
  20.      is checked, using _f_s_c_k(1M), before the mount is attempted.
